Abstract

Mentoring helps women in personal development, career or business advancement. Studies show that mentoring is in demand by women more than men. Women mentors often serve as role models for mentors and provide them with psychological support, including helping them learn to find a balance between profession and personal / family life. However, there are fewer female mentors than men. The authors believe that it is necessary to implement programs to support female mentoring, especially in organizations with traditionally male professions.
