Abstract

The article substantiates the proposition that the weak involvement of the Russian population in the process of reforming society reveals the inadequacy of the social activity of the population of the country's development model, which offers power, stresses that rooting konfliktogennoj activity does not contribute to the social support of the ongoing reforms, which involve a concerted effort to integrate broad segments of the citizenry in creative activities that encourage social activity of various social groups. In the face of the growing financial and economic crisis, aggravating the situation of the most vulnerable sectors of society, it is possible their inclusion in the protest movement, which will inevitably be accompanied by increased konfliktogennoj activity.
