Abstract

The work is dedicated to the research of careers of representatives of political generations of the regional administrative elite. The carrier analyses of representatives of political generations in contrast to generations of big age groups in greater degree coincides the reality of post-soviet and other countries, in which cardinal changes in political, economic and the social life are observes. So far in these countries very far reaching influence of the social context is on the self-identification of people in different generations, their socialization and resocialization, the formation of attitudes and values. These are precisely the strongest factors, which determine the interrelation of a separate person and social groups with the professional, social environments and so far the forming careers of representatives of different political generations. Essential characteristics of careers of representatives of different political generations can strongly differentiate or smoothly change but they are distinctly shown.
