Abstract

Methodological recommendations cover topical issues in the field of neglect and juvenile delinquency in St. Petersburg: diagnosis and methods of prevention of self-destructive (suicidal) behavior of minors, diagnosis and current methods of prevention of violence against minors, the participation of children in decision-making as a condition for the effectiveness of preventive work. The recommendations are addressed to the Executive secretaries of the commissions on juvenile Affairs and protection of their rights under the district administrations and specialists of the Executive bodies of state power and state institutions subordinated to them working in the field of prevention of juvenile delinquency in St. Petersburg.
