Abstract

The problems of legal development of the modern Russian society and the state are closely related to formation and implementation of the state’s policy. The chapter considers the concept of the “public policy,” which theoretically allows covering the entire political sphere in the country. Special attention is paid to the systematization of scientific approaches to determination of this concept. The structural and logical scheme of constructing the concepts of “politics” and “public policy” is proposed as well.
