Abstract

At the beginning of a new century characterized by processes globalization, Informatization and networking of society, increasing risks and technical, economic, socio-political and cultural challenges development, the task of studying various aspects of the fora is updated creating mechanisms that can adequately and effectively provide socio-political security and stability. The concept of a network society is of priority importance for the characterization of the new social reality. Problems will become very urgent in the near future, related to the security risks of the company (including Russia) in the network social space. We are experiencing an acute crisis of scientific ideas, de there is a surplus of new methods and means of comprehending both global and no less important local problems that arise in an avalanche during a hundred innovations of a new social reality.
