Workers in mass professions and a significant part of the traditional middle class are under threat. Meanwhile, the current model of social policy does not keep pace with the transformation processes, and there is a real threat of an aggravation of the financial crisis of the social state. And all countries in one degree or another are at risk, including Russia, which requires an adequate political strategy.
