Abstract

The conditions of modern socio-economic development of the state raise the question of the availability of labor resources in different planes. From this point of view, it is important to consider both quantitative and qualitative security, and it is also important to evaluate and develop strategies for short-term, medium-term and long-term labor security of the Russian economy. Modern frequently recurring economic crisis turbulences, however, require a well-planned policy of managing the process of providing labor resources. The state mechanism for the formation and distribution of labor resources is currently represented by a number of national projects, which define a range of tasks, directions and measures for regulating the sphere of labor and employment.
