Abstract

The paper considers the transformation of the economic elite of Crimea after 2014. The first part of the work presents research directions in the discussion on the transit of the Crimean elite and the specifics of the process. Then, the main economic characteristics of the region are identified through the prism of industry specifics. In the empirical part, biographies of representatives of the economic elite of Crimea are analyzed, socio-demographic characteristics and professional trajectories are determined.
