Problems of logistics and customs quarantine of imported products in the conditions of COVIND-1

Abstract

According to the author, many countries, including Russia, risk falling into an impending food crisis if measures are not taken to maintain food supply chains between countries; to mitigate the impact of the pandemic on the food system as a whole. Of particular importance in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic is the mechanism for ensuring food security of the Russian population: monitoring of measures to provide Russians with food and basic necessities; analysis of trends affecting the country's inventory management; monitoring the implementation of measures in the context of a pandemic.
