Abstract

The collective monograph presents the results of fundamental theoretical, methodological and applied studies of the influence of factors that determine changes in human capital on the spatial development of the AZ of the Russian Federation. The research was conducted by sociologists of the Tyumen Industrial University together with colleagues from Moscow, Salekhard, Nadym, Anadyr and Arkhangelsk within the framework of the TIU strategic project Improving the efficiency of development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The work is of an interdisciplinary nature, contains a study of not only sociological, but also economic, psychological, legal, demographic, informational and other aspects of the problems of Arctic development are of interest to students, teachers, and all those who care about the future of Russia and its main natural and economic potential-the Arctic regions. The monograph is recommended for publication by the Academic Council of the West Siberian Branch of the Federal Research Sociological Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
