Abstract

It is known that the mechanism of social development affects the standard of living of all classes of the population, as well as the development of the country as a whole and its individual regions. The study of such comprehensive social problems is extremely relevant. A serious argument in favor of studying the problems of social development can be both the scale of the phenomenon under consideration and the unresolved problems of their aggravation at the present time. It is also necessary to emphasize the relevance of the study of social development problems because information difficulties arise in this field of knowledge. All these problems make it necessary to study the objectively developing social situation. Social priorities involve a combination of ways to solve acute, sometimes painful modern problems with the ability to think about the future of your country. When reorienting to social priorities, the author proceeded from the fact that the final meaning, goal and result of transformations should be expressed in the growth of human capital – the most important and stable condition for success. At the same time, the article notes that the social reorientation of politics is not just a system of planned calculations or traditional methods of analysis; this is the goal and meaning of transformations.
