Abstract

The relevance of the study lies in the fact that a number of the most important management functions often do not have an effective owner (there is no corresponding management entity, or its actions are formalized). In general, there is not only an adequate response to the acute social needs of the population, but there is simply no attention to this area, the processes develop spontaneously. In this regard, there is an urgent need to measure the main parameters of social development, which can be done only through the measurement of social development indices. A review of existing methods has shown that the task of choosing quality of life indicators is quite difficult. This study examines a variety of indicators, analyzes regional differences and the dynamics of a wide range of quality of life indicators to identify trends in the transition period.
