Abstract

An actual social phenomenon is considered - a complex of interrelated phenomena and processes in the social space of the territory of residence and work of shift workers involved in the development of the Arctic, which are generated by their mobile multilocal way of life. Attention is drawn to the new challenges associated with the coronavirus pandemic. Based on the results of a survey of the heads of Arctic municipalities, conducted jointly with the Union of Cities of the Arctic and the Far North, conclusions were drawn about the necessary measures to legislatively regulate the creation and operation of shift camps in the AZ of the Russian Federation.
