Abstract

The monograph examines the conceptual and practical issues of the use of rotational work in the development of the Arctic regions of Russia, emerging and still latent problems and the possibility of their solution during large-scale implementation within the framework of raw materials and infrastructure projects, a mobile multi-local way of life of people attracted to the Far North from the central and southern regions. country. Particular attention is paid to measures to increase the economic and social efficiency of the shift and its elements: personnel selection, organization of delivery, work and rest regimes, the situation in families and shift camps. Rotational work is viewed as a social phenomenon that makes it possible to neutralize the lack of the necessary human capital in the Russian Arctic. The monograph was prepared with the grant support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (project No. 19-29-07355 Human capital of the Arctic region in the concept of spatial development of Russia) and is addressed to specialists, students, teachers, everyone interested in the problems of people leading a triple lifestyle in the spaces of home the road is the place of application of labor.
