Abstract

Ensuring the competitiveness of higher education (HE) depends, in particular, on improving the quality of part-time learning, which makes up half of the graduation of universities. A sociological survey of students and graduates (with work experience in applying the obtained diploma) of part-time education of HE captures the features of the socio-cultural background, educational trajectories, expectations of such training, and the real effects of it in the world of work. On the research materials, the use of the received education by graduates (with work experience after graduation from the university) is also analyzed in terms of the degree of correspondence to the level of the acquired qualifications and the profile of training
