Abstract

One of the key phenomena determining the current state of society is the systemic digital transformation, which forms a new technosocial context for the development of political relations. The processes of social networking receive digital content. A qualitatively new, virtual-digital dimension of political reality is emerging. In the conditions of technological transition, the subjectivity of political relations is being modified, the nature of political interactions is being transformed and traditional ideas about power, its criteria and forms of implementation are being re-evaluated. The impact of technology on the political realities of digital network society creates new risks of its development that require solutions at the level of national-state strategies.
