Abstract

 In an article based on the materials of two studies Adolescent health and the environment conducted by the Institute of Sociology of the FCTIS RAS using a uniform method with a twenty-year interval, studying their place of health in the context of the main desires and fears of adolescents as indicators of life values. The stability of the basic values of adolescents is noted - a good education, a happy family, a successful career, travel around the world. The main fears - death, failure in life, loneliness - are also fairly stable over the time range. An increase in the value of health and a decrease in fears of losing it have been recorded
