Abstract

The monograph prepared at the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences is devoted to the analysis of the development of political relations in the conditions of a new reality. The paper reflects topical issues that were caused by spontaneous bifurcation in understanding the essence of social systems as their openness grows. The intuitive change of social axiomatics in favor of the network, like quantum theory, allowed us to look at the processes taking place in the world from a different angle. An attempt is made to identify the prerequisites for the transition to a new social reality, to find an adequate the methodology of its cognition, to identify the tools available for this, to explain the processes taking place in the world through network logic, which destroys the usual classical ideas about the interaction of political subjects and objects within a single mechanically or expediently structured system. The authors consider ways of introducing new meanings into political relations through the network paradigm as a transdisciplinary methodology. This book is addressed to specialists in the field of public administration, political and public activities, researchers and university teachers, graduate students and students specializing in political science and related disciplines The monograph prepared at the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences is devotedto the analysis of the development of political relations in the conditions of a new reality.
