Abstract

The article emphasizes the need to take into account the relationship between socio-economic and spatial development of territories from the perspective of a special sociospatial approach. Within the framework of this approach, sociospatial facts, sociospatial processes are identified, the features of managing sociospatial development are revealed, which allows for harmony between the natural and anthropogenic environment, between social groups, between state (municipal), private and public interests.
