Abstract

The world of work and the whole sphere of social and labor relations are r adically changing under the influence of digital networkization, the  consequences of the coronavirus crisis and similar global processes.  New technologies, primarily digital and networking, have a dual  impact on employment and the labor market. Together with colossal  opportunities, they pose real threats to human labor.Therefore,  it is important now to anticipate and assess all the potential  social challenges that are fraught with rapid changes in employment.
