Abstract

The article raises the question of the possibility of sociological assessment of the potential of subjectivity of the population. On the basis of the identified social profiles that differentiate attitudes towards the activities of the authorities and administration, the author analyzes the features of the manifestation of the subjectivity of the population. To assess subjectivity, a number of indicators were identified. These are the experience of social activity accumulated by the population, as well as the formed attitudes towards interaction with the authorities to discuss topical issues. Special attention is paid to the possibility of manifestation of subjectivity in relation to the implementation of twelve national projects approved by the May Decree of the President of the Russian Federation. It is noted that the formed attitude towards the power-management vertical predetermines the peculiarities of the manifestation of subjectivity by the population. So, depending on the respondent's belonging to a certain social profile, both the level and the ways in which he manifests his subjectivity change
