Central Siberia, equidistant from the seas washing the Russian Empire from the west and the east, wasthe least accessible to foreign troops who appeared on the territory of Russia after the Soviet government concludeda separate treaty with the German Empire. In fact, the interventionists’ interests, mainly limited within the protectionof their subjects and control over the ports, also extended less to the territory of Yenisei Siberia than to other regions.Nevertheless, the strategic Trans-Siberian railway passed through Yenisei Siberia. Prisoners of war and representativesof different peoples, who received statehood after the First World War, accommodated here
