This is the foundation of a unified system, the basis for a new interactive global platform, which already affects all sides of human life and transfers society to a new level of social relations. The impact of social networks and services on public consciousness and the daily life of all segments of the population has reached the highest level and is shaping a new society, which we call the New Social World. In the historically foreseeable past, there has not yet been such a phenomenon that can be comparable to the New Social World in its power, ability to penetrate any group of society, in terms of the level and speed of its influence on changing the life of each person in particular and individual societies in general. It is a new phenomenon that will forever change the historically formed way of life of traditional societies based on traditional national-spiritual and cultural-moral identification. The research topic seems to be one of the most relevant areas of research in the social sciences and, above all, sociology, designed to record objective changes in the social appearance of modern society, the content characteristics of value consciousness, the characteristics of culture and, in general, the dynamics of the socio-cultural and media communication development of society.
