In the conditions of an unfavorable epidemiological situation, the Russian state has adjusted its plans for the implementation of the mechanisms of national projects, aiming them at maintaining the standard of living and improving the social well-being of citizens. The empirical basis of the study was the results of the sociological monitoring “How are you, Russia?”. The author’s study of the features of the anxieties of Russians is based on the analysis of three key factors, as well as the dynamic characteristics of key sociological indicators that are part of them.
