Abstract

The article examines both the fixed and predicted conjugacybetween the options of institutional regulation in the field of vocational educationand the forms of self-regulation of student youth during the pandemic. Thepandemic period is both a phase of emergency circumstances and a period of time.The correlation of social regulation in the field of vocational education in theformat of the instrumentalization of educational programs and the growth of theinstrumentalization of the attitude of young people to education is shown.
