Abstract

A year and a half spent under the constant threat of coronavirus contributed to the mass introduction of digital services into socio-political practices. In fact, according to the results of the study, we are witnessing patchwork digitalization, reflecting the continuing trends of uneven implementation of the digital state. The latest technologies are perceived primarily at the consumer level, while civic activity in the network is less frequent and mainly from oppositional categories of the population.
