Abstract

The collective monograph is devoted to the conceptualization of scientific law as a special branch of Russian law with all the necessary attributes: subject, method, principles. Particular attention is paid to the need for codification of legislation on scientific and innovative activities, a significant update of the current law on science, the development of a new concept of legislation on science. The book examines such problems as state policy in the field of science and technology, the legal status of a scientist, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the legal regime of scientific works. This is practically the first time when the legal forms of financing scientific activity are touched upon. Separately, the team of authors concerns the legal models of integration and cooperation in the field of science of Russia and foreign states within the SCO and the EAEU. The conclusion summarisies main findings of an each chpater, and also pints to necessity to improve of a scientific legislation.
