Abstract

In general, the evolution of values in crisis conditions ensures the development of the person himself with all his needs, which leads to an understanding of the common good and the humanistic dimension of being. The article considers the value crisis, especially among the younger generation. The article, in particular, presents the results of a number of sociological studies conducted by the staff of ISPR of the National Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences during the pandemic, they relate to the provision of political, democratic values in society, socio-cultural dynamics. The value and ideological consideration of national security problems and their further solution is also associated with the value content of sociality and statehood, such as: ensuring internal value unity, social stability, interethnic harmony, religious tolerance, as well as counteracting information and cultural expansion that destroys traditional value systems. Opinion polls were conducted directly by the author of the publication on a representative sample, with related age and sex parameters. The number of respondents varied in the order of 600-800 and more people. The answers to the questions reflect the sentiments of Russians (including in the context of the pandemic crisis).The last survey was conducted among the population of Moscow in April-May 2020, during the pandemic (online).
