Abstract

the report will present the results of a study of municipal public policy in 2020-2021 from the point of view of the priorities of sustainable development of territories. The main attention will be paid to the state and realization of the interests of three sectors of the local community (business, NGO sector, municipal government) in solving socially significant tasks of sustainable development of 4 municipalities of two regions of the Central Federal District - Kostroma and Yaroslavl. A total of 359 respondents were interviewed based on a small target sample representing the assessments of three important segments of the local community: NGO sector, municipal authorities and small and medium-sized businesses. The concept of municipal public policy in the study is interpreted as a special local order of a socially oriented nature, based on the balance of interests of the main social groups of the local community and government, intersectoral partnership and the principles of coordinating interests for the common good of the development of the territory
