Abstract

In the modern world, especially in post-socialist countries, there are serious transformations of the labor market and changes in pension systems resulting from its state. The aging of the population and the increase in the number of elderly people receiving pensions and benefits contribute to this. Therefore, the classical approach to the formation of pension rights is increasingly subject to revision.
