Abstract

The family structure based on traditional family values sets completely different bonds not only for the family itself, but also for the state as a whole, than the ideology of postmodernism. Its penetration into traditional social institutions changes the snowball structure of values in all spheres of life. There is a contradiction: family values are declared a priority, but the media forms completely different priorities. Is the legislation capable of changing the balance of forces and is it too late to do it?
