Abstract

In article the authors analyze practice of structuring political elite of modern Russia. Such approaches to the analysis of political elite of Russia as the new nobility, the Politburo 2.0, the Royal yard, patronage pyramids, nomenclature networks, a system Russian Federation and others are considered. According to authors, today the domestic elite possesses a set of technological capabilities for manifestation of high flexibility and adaptedness to the changing circumstances.
