Abstract

The article examines the regulatory framework of the policy of supporting the labor market and employment of the population during the pandemic. The article describes the measures of state policy to support citizens left without work due to the pandemic, including an increase in unemployment benefits, social benefits, support for the self-employed and others. The assessment of the impact of the adopted normative legal acts on the situation on the labor market, material support of citizens affected during the pandemic is given. Recommendations of an organizational and economic nature to support the labor market and employment in the post-retirement period are proposed.
