Abstract

Based on comparative analysis and forecasting, the article examines of the current state and prospects of the development of international relations, primarily between the United States, China and the Russian Federation. Result. Proposed the concept of digital transformation of the mechanisms of global stability and modernization of the BRICS is proposed in the article. The enormous economic power, the size of the territory and the number of the population of the participating states of the organization allow the BRICS to become the dominant source of global stability and development for the whole world. It is justified that the BRICS should strengthen the mechanisms of internal interaction and the search for agreement on key issues on the global agenda in order to translate these ideas into the zones of influence of each member of this association. Discussion. At the same time, the coordinated digital transformation of the BRICS space, the real strengthening of digital interaction within the framework of a common platform, as well as the creation of an increasing number of «docking nodes» – both in the form of digital technologies and in the form of international legal solutions in the context of digitalization comes to the fore of the tasks of modern international information law.
