Abstract

The article analyzes how the infrastructure is changing in modern conditions, often negatively affecting the preservation of a single cultural space of the country, contributing to the emergence of a humanitarian crisis. As a result, regional disparities arise in providing the population with cultural goods, the constitutional right of citizens to equal access to cultural values is violated. Possible ways to overcome the above problems are shown
