Abstract

The results of the study of interethnic harmony as a factor of positive dynamics of the all-Russian civil identity in the all-Russian and local (on the example of the CBD) sections are presented. The analysis of the data showed that people of different nationalities assess the interethnic situation in general positively, which allows us to speak about the preservation of the possibility of achieving and ensuring national accord and civil peace both at the federal and regional levels. But at the same time, there is a tendency that, regardless of the characteristics of the ethnocontact situation, the assessments of Russians look more cautious both in the country as a whole and on the ground. The influence of actualized civic identity on the assessment of the interethnic climate was also established: citizens who identify themselves with the Russian community are more likely to assess interethnic relations in Russia and in their city, village as friendly. There is a significant connection between inclusion or non-inclusion in the civil identity with a hostile attitude towards people of another nationality.
