Abstract

The article considers the main trends of destructive and criminal behavior of minors. The review of statistical data of Rosstat, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the state, level, structure and dynamics of juvenile delinquency is presented. Additionally, the materials of sociological research conducted by the sector of sociology of deviant behavior of the Institute of Sociology of FCTAS RAS were used. It is shown that despite the decrease in the spread of various forms of destructive behavior among young people in Russia, a number of identified alarming trends do not allow to assess the situation in a positive way.
