Abstract

The article includes an analysis of the connection of the state of legal consciousness with the deviations of adolescents. The author identifies the main factors influencing the development of legal consciousness. An analytical review of official statistical data on crime rates among the Russian adolescent is presented. The Internet, in particular groups and communication channels of virtual networks, was monitored for expressions of deviant behavior among adolescents. The author formulated recommendations for the development of legal consciousness which can become the basis for the prevention of deviance among the adolescents of Russia.
