A social global network is a communicative space for rethinking of traditional forms of life and the production of new worldviews and new social practices. But the global network is becoming not only a place for the exchange of opinions and preferences, but also an arena for social conflicts. The search for correlative points in the defended positions and the achievement of consensus is the main and most difficult task of network discourse. However, only the development of discourse processes, and not their suppression by the establishment of any supreme control over the network public space, can lead to the solution of conflicts and other problems. The main thesis of the article is the assertion that for the formation of discursive ethics and network culture, an open discussion of the values and norms that should underlie social interaction is necessary. Modern network rationality is a critical-analytical rationality that develops in opposition to any tendencies to establish the domination of any force.
