Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the interaction of the Russian state with foreign transnational corporations (TNCs), based on the idea of TNCs as a special kind of social ecosystem; systematizes the features of interaction between these actors in the period from the end of the twentieth century to the present and shows the feasibility of this interaction in modern conditions, achieved through effective public policy. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the theory of interest groups, general empirical methods, content, event and network analysis.
