Abstract

This article presents a new scientific approach to assessing the human development and potential of Russian regions based on three key indicators: gross income, life expectancy and education of the population. With reference to these indicators, the analysis of the gross regional product of Russia and the analysis of the economic potential of education were carried out. In the course of the study, general scientific methods of analysis and systematization were actively used, while processing statistical data, the quartile analysis method was used to build a sample. The correlation between the indicators was revealed, which determined the relevance of further research on the search for significant parameters of human development in the educational sphere of the regions of Russia.
