The issue of gender segregation as a factor of increasing social loneliness is extremely acute, since to a greater extent the marital and much less reproductive behavior of women may be associated with the fear of social loneliness, which requires clarification of the factors of demographic development of society. The study of gender aspects of social loneliness is also relevant in the context of the problem of preserving traditional family constructs. The article analyzes women's ideas about social loneliness in the context of their marital and reproductive behavior. The results are based on an empirical all-Russian study carried out by the author in the spring of 2022 (the total number of respondents is 2500 people, the sample population of women was 43% 1075 people).
