Abstract

Based on the analysis of the works of Russian philosophers, the article reveals the understanding of the Motherland as a spiritual essence, a special system of values that a person acquires as a result of an independent active spiritual search. Using the results of an online survey of students conducted in May‒June 2023, the paper analyzed the attitude of students in the Republic of North Ossetia ‒ Alania to the concept of Motherland. Since students are the most mobile and promising segment of society, on whose behavior many social processes in the future depend, such studies make it possible to determine the worldview constants of young people and develop various programs and projects for their spiritual development.
