Abstract

The article examines the main contribution of Tajik labor migrants from Kazakhstan to the economy of Tajikistan through remittances of labor migrants. The contribution from money transfers to the economy of Tajikistan is greater than from the proceeds of exports of domestic goods on world markets. Among the CIS countries, migrants from Tajikistan most often migrate to Russia and Kazakhstan.
