Estimates of the chances of the second generation, potential successors, to reproduce social status and successfully transfer the business are quite high. This is facilitated by starting opportunities, primarily the value homogeneity of parents and children, as well as an unprecedentedly high level of professional training, as an object of parental investment in the future of both the children themselves and the business. The risks of unsuccessful business transfer also have contours outlined by the study: they are associated with a more critical assessment by successors of the availability of intra-family discourse for discussing both business and welfare issues.Content (in russ)hide table of contentsshow table of contents
