Abstract

The digital transformation of the labor market in Russia is the process of introducing and using information technologies and digital solutions to optimize all aspects of labor relations in the country. This transformation covers many areas related to the labor market, such as job search, hiring and firing, organization of the labor process, staff training and development, as well as accounting and management of personnel data. The digital transformation of the labor market is aimed at improving the efficiency of recruitment and recruitment processes, improving the accessibility and speed of job search for job seekers, as well as promoting career development and employee training. One of the important components of the digital transformation of the labor market is the development of educational and technological programs that allow employees to develop their skills and competencies in accordance with modern labor market requirements. This may include online courses, webinars, and other forms of digital-based learning. The digital transformation of the labor market in Russia has great potential to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the labor market, improve the accessibility and quality of services for employees and employers, as well as to create favorable conditions for development and innovation.
