Abstract

The scientific article presents and substantiates the optimal mechanisms, procedural and substantive aspects of the formation of the socio-political agenda of the Russian region, which is a product of interaction (interactionism) between government bodies and business structures. An extremely detailed description of these aspects is relevant in scientific discourse and applied political and managerial practices, since it allows us to improve the efficiency of interaction between government and business in preparing and making management decisions. The purpose of the article is to present and justify the author’s model of optimal interaction between the state and civil society institutions according to the proposed performance indicators in the formation and implementation of the socio-political agenda in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, to outline ways to improve such interaction, taking into account regional characteristics. The object of the study is the interactionism of the state and civil society institutions in the formation of the socio-political agenda in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The subject of the study is the essential characteristics, mechanisms and forms of interaction between the state and civil society institutions in the processes of forming the socio-political agenda in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, directions for improving this interaction
