Organized by the Department of Sociology of Education of the Institute of Sociology of the Federal Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Research Committee "Sociology of Education" of the Russian Society of Sociologists, the journal "Sociological Research", it brought together about five dozen participants from 16 Russian cities. 41 speakers spoke, the rest sent abstracts or presentations.The sanctions policy against the Russian Federation has set the task of sovereignizing education. To solve it, we need an objective analysis of the effectiveness of all levels of the institute of education and the search for ways to improve them in order to train qualified personnel capable of working in new conditions. This review presents presentations on the problems of two structures of the Institute of Education: preschool educational institutions and the training of specialists in Russian universities.
