Based on the thematic analysis, we have identified three subjective discourses that allowed us to determine how the ideas about medicalization in general change (the discourse of professional care «medical staff – patient»; the discourse of expertise. «a doctor / older person», a discourse of comfortable care; «а social worker / older person»)
